1, first of all, the electric refrigerant compressor will be disassembled and then energized to let it run. At this point, use your finger to block the exhaust hole of the electric refrigerant compressor for a moment and then remove your finger. Because there is pressure in the compressor, so when you block the exhaust hole with your finger, your finger will obviously feel the exhaust pressure. If the finger does not feel the pressure or no sound after removing the finger, the surface compressor may have a fault.

Second, how to identify the electric refrigerant compressor motor winding is short-circuited?


Adjust the multimeter to R * 1 file, zero the compressor motor winding C-R and C-S highlight between the resistance value. If the measured resistance value is less than the rated resistance value, the surface motor has a short circuit in the winding; if it is a three-phase motor, you need to use two pens to contact any two of the three terminals respectively. If the resistance value measured three times is the same, it means that the winding is in good working condition; if the resistance value of two times is infinite, it means that there is a group of winding disconnection; if the resistance value of three times is infinite, it means that there are at least two groups of disconnection; if the resistance value of two times in three measurements is obviously smaller than another time, it means that there is a short circuit.
 

Third, how to determine the compressor motor touching the shell through the ground


1, electric refrigerant compressor motor touch shell through the ground refers to the winding line inside the wiring insulation layer is damaged and thus connected to the compressor shell caused by short circuit. This situation will cause the fuse to be blown, resulting in compressor operation failure.
2、There are two ways to detect whether the compressor motor touches the shell through the ground.
a, the multimeter will be adjusted to the resistance file and zeroed, one of the pen and the common point close to the other pen ride on the compressor process tube exposed metal part.
b. Or scrape off a small piece of varnish from the housing version and lap the other pen at the place where the varnish was scraped off.
Conclusion: If the resistance value measured by the two pens is very small, you can determine the existence of wiring touching the shell inside the winding through the ground; vice versa.
